Mellovy

We built Mellovy this summer in the hours left over. Full days at other jobs, bar shifts on weekends, then evenings at Benjamin's place and five hours of sleep before seven in the morning. We could buy a tool for a piece of each role, but the role itself stayed with us. Now we're building the thing that takes the whole role. We’ve been conditioned to believe that "productivity" means doing more tasks in less time. But if the reward for efficiency is just more work, you're just being exploited. Shift your focus from activity to outcomes. Focus on the leverage, not the volume. The lesson: True productivity isn't about doing more. It's about achieving more with less effort.
