Really enjoyed this conversation. ‘No roadmap. No playbook. Just curiosity’ is a strong reminder that many of the most valuable business solutions don’t start as grand strategy, they start by getting close enough to the real problem to see what actually needs to be solved. Too often companies try to engineer innovation from the top down, when in reality it usually comes from curiosity and steady refinement.
