RSS Feed and Microsoft 365 Message Center Notification Automation

This repository contains resources to help you import and configure a Power Automate Flow designed to:

1. Gather RSS feeds and Microsoft 365 Message Center messages for a configurable list of products.
2. Format the data into a visually appealing HTML table with CSS styling.
3. Send the results via email on a regular basis.

• Customizable Products: Configure the list of Microsoft 365 products to monitor.
• HTML Formatting: Automatically formats the gathered data into an easy-to-read table.
• CSS Styling: Applies consistent styling to enhance the visual presentation of the email.
• Automation: Schedule the flow to run at a frequency that suits your needs.

Before using this solution, ensure you have the following:

• Access to Power Automate with appropriate permissions.
• A valid Entra app registration configured to access Message Center messages. (Graph - Application: ServiceMessage.Read.All)
• A configured RSS feed URL for gathering external content.
• An email address to send the formatted results.

• Download the solution .zip from this repository.
• Import the solution.
• Configure the required connections (e.g., Microsoft 365, RSS feeds).

• Update the list of Microsoft 365 products to monitor.
• Modify the email recipient and sender details as needed.
• Add the secret, clientID, and tenantID to the Services Messages Scope "List serviceAnnouncements from Graph" action

• Run the flow manually to ensure it gathers the expected data and sends the email correctly.

• Set the desired recurrence interval (e.g., daily, weekly).

• Once configured, the flow will run automatically at the scheduled interval.
• Emails will include the gathered RSS feed items and Message Center messages in a styled HTML table.
• You can modify the flow to include additional products or RSS feeds as needed.
