Grounded in SAP Knowledge Graph and SAP Business Data Cloud, Joule Agents uniquely understand your data and processes to act reliably through business applications.

Joule Assistants coordinate Joule Agents through deep role and business context. Once directed by the assistant, agents connect relevant data, tools, and applications to perform specific tasks such as analyzing data, triggering actions, interacting with systems, and executing steps in a workflow.

Use prebuilt Joule Agents when your needs align with standard business processes in areas like finance, HR, or procurement, and where you want fast time-to-value with enterprise-grade security and SAP-managed updates. Create custom agents in Joule Studio when your workflows are unique or specialized enough that standard agents only partially address your needs, keeping in mind that you take on full lifecycle responsibility for anything you build.
