Considered one of the premier American art museums in the South, the Greenville County Museum of Art is home to the world’s largest public collection of watercolors by iconic American artist Andrew Wyeth, along with an exceptional collection of paintings and prints by contemporary artist Jasper Johns. Ranging from Federal portraits to contemporary abstractions, the Museum’s acclaimed Southern Collection offers visitors a rich survey of American art through works with deep connections to the South.

The GCMA is also the only museum in the Upstate fully accredited by the American Alliance of Museums.
