Everyone should have access to a safe and secure home – it’s a basic human right – and unfathomable that in a modern country like Australia that this is not the case. As part of our 2027 Tour we’re partnering with Mission Australia so that we can help to raise funds and support their valuable work in providing access to safe and secure homes for everyone here in Australia.

Yes. We recommend you set up your My Ticketmaster account ahead of time — sign up or sign in HERE.
You will still be able to access Artist Presale if you have registered via powderfinger.com by 11pm AEDT Tue 13 October. The presale link will be sent to the email address you signed up with at powderfinger.com. That link will take you to the Ticketmaster page and the show/s you wish to purchase tickets for. However, you must be logged in to your My Ticketmaster account using the email you signed up to My Ticketmaster with.
Tickets should only be purchased through the event’s authorised ticket seller (Ticketmaster).
Do not purchase tickets through any unauthorised third party resellers or via social media.
Tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers or via social media cannot be verified or guaranteed as valid.
All payment options are outlined in this helpful guide on Ticketmaster’s website: https://discover.ticketmaster.com.au/guide-to/ticketmaster-payment-options-15352
Sign in to your My Ticketmaster account early and confirm your email, phone and billing details are up to date. You may be asked for a verification code (sent by text) to enter the waiting room. Join the waiting room up to 30 minutes before the sale begins, and use one browser and one device (multiple tabs for different shows is fine, multiple tabs for the same show is not). It’s also worth notifying your bank ahead of time in case they flag the purchase.
Don’t refresh the page. You could get kicked out of the queue or flagged as a bot. The seat map updates automatically as tickets sell, so availability can change quickly. If you see a message saying we can’t reserve your seats, someone else got them first. Clear your selection and choose different seats. This becomes more common as inventory runs low.
Tickets for this tour aren’t on sale yet. If you see them listed on other sites before the official onsale, the seller doesn’t currently have those tickets and may not be able to get them for you — these are called speculative listings, and you’ll likely be asked to pay more for them. The safest move is to wait for the official sale dates.
The Onsale for any tickets remaining after all Presales have concluded. No Artist Presale access needed. Opens Mon 19 Oct (times vary by city), via the official ticketing partner. Head to powderfinger.com to access all details.
No. General Onsale is open to everyone. Sign-up is only required for the earlier Artist Presale. You will need to make sure you have a My Ticketmaster account and can log in ahead of Onsale.
No. To access General Public Onsale, just join the queue by signing into your My Ticketmaster account.
Limited tickets will be made available during the General Public Onsale and may vary by show and price tier.
Via the official tour page and ticketing partner link only. Head to powderfinger.com for the direct link on the day.
You may purchase a maximum of 8 tickets per show.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
The full pricing structure will be published on the official Ticketmaster page before tickets go live.
Mobile tickets only, via the official My Ticketmaster ticketing app. Your barcode/QR code won’t be visible until 7 days before your show, and there are no printed/hard tickets.
