Ristorante Cavallino

Reimagined in both its identity and flavors, Il Cavallino embodies the spirit and values of Ferrari within the original walls of the company’s first canteen, established by Enzo Ferrari in 1950. Since 2021, thanks to its collaboration with Massimo Bottura, the restaurant has brought together tradition and innovation. Under the guidance of chefs Riccardo Forapani and Virginia Cattaneo, it earned its MICHELIN Star in November 2025, within a fully transformed and renewed space inspired by the union of technology, craftsmanship, quality, and performance.
