Is your event today? Give us a call at 800-653-8000 - we won't let you miss it.
If it's two days before the event and you're still waiting for your tickets, please call us at 800-653-8000 and we'll make sure you can pick them up at the venue's will call window (no extra charge).*
If you have more time before the event but want to switch from mail to another delivery option, click here to request TicketFast or UPS (both for a small fee).* With TicketFast you can print your tickets right away by signing in to your My Ticketmaster account (just click "My Ticketmaster" at the top of Ticketmaster.com, then click "Print My Tickets" under "My Account" on the right).
*If your tickets arrive in the mail in the meantime, tear them up! Once we make other delivery arrangements, we cancel the original barcodes.
If your event was canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing: we'll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, including facility and convenience fees, on the same payment method used for purchase. (Delivery fees - UPS, TicketFast - and order processing fees are non-refundable; order processing fees are refunded for events in Canada.) If you bought your tickets at a retail outlet, please return them at the same location.
If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can't make it? The decision to issue refunds for rescheduled events is up to the individual artist, team, venue, or promoter, but we'll do everything we can to help! Just click here to contact us.

What is paperless ticketing?
At the gate they'll swipe the credit card you used for purchase (you won't be charged again), check your ID, and hand you a slip of paper with your seat location on it. Easy.
What happens at the gate?
Is there a special process for buying paperless tickets?
Can I buy paperless tickets with my virtual credit card?
What if I lose the credit card I used to buy my paperless tickets, or it expires?
If your event is more than two days away, contact us by clicking here and we'll make sure you breeze through the gate no problem.
If your event is sooner, please go straight to the venue box office with your new credit card, your photo ID, and your Ticketmaster order number and they'll get you in. Don't have your new card yet? Call us!
If I buy the tickets for me and my friends, how do they get in?
Will I be charged again when they swipe my credit card at the gate?
What if I forget my credit card?
What if someone in my party arrives late?
If I don't have paper tickets, how will I know where I'm sitting?
Can I buy paperless tickets from other ticket sellers?
Can I sell my paperless tickets on TicketExchange?
I posted my paperless tickets for sale on TicketExchange but I don't see them. Where are they?
Most tickets bought on Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com will automatically appear in your My Ticketmaster account. Click "My Ticketmaster" at the top right of any page on our site and sign in to view the tickets under "Order History." You can confirm your purchase along with delivery status, seat locations, total charges, and more!
Phone Orders
Sign in to your My Ticketmaster account, click "Order History" on the right, and use "Search for Phone or Online Orders" located at the bottom of the page. Just enter your phone and credit card numbers (exactly as you entered them when you bought your tickets), select the state where the event takes place, and presto! Don't have a My Ticketmaster account yet? Get yours now!
Ticketmaster doesn't provide and can't supply passwords - sorry! - and the password for your My Ticketmaster account isn't valid for presales. Please look for all presale info on the ticket ordering page for your event.
The number of presale tickets up for grabs is limited because not all of the seats in the venue are part of the presale. The good news is that if you don't score presale tickets, you still have a chance to get tickets during the general public onsale.
For damaged or destroyed TicketFast (print-at-home) tickets, just print again from the link in your confirmation email or your My Ticketmaster account.
Please don't leave home without these three things - you'll need them to claim your tickets!
• Your photo ID
• Your Ticketmaster order number
• The credit card you used to buy the tickets
If you prefer to pick up your tickets before the day of the event, please contact the venue for box office rules and hours.
For events in Canada: You have the option to pick up your tickets at a Canadian Ticket Centre, even if you selected will call as your delivery option.
Note: Click "Search All FAQs" for late-breaking news, including canceled and postponed shows.
