    Autumn is the perfect time for sea swimming, the water is at its warmest, apparently!
    If you're in the water just be aware that there have been sightings of the Portuguese Men-of-War off our coast. If you do see one please report it - details in the article.

    Well, what a weekend! Red Bull Cliff Diving was awesome, the organisation, the air display and the diving was just bonkers. They are some very brave divers, its a longway down!

    Saturday 8 September is our 'Open Doors' day - celebrating the architecture and heritage of Wales. We'll be lighting the kitchen fire and Julian the scullion will be in the kitchen. You might catch him preparing some food. Meanwhile, the merchant will be in his shop waiting to welcome you. Admission is free and we're open from 11am to 5pm (last entry 4.30pm).

    stops remaining in the 2012 World Series, Saturday's result will also go a long way to deciding this year's champion with three divers, including Hunt, still chasing the overall leader, Orlando Duque.

    The weekend turned out to be rather good. Fantastic surf at West Dale and Marloes on Saturday and only 15 minutes of Drizzle. More good surf at Whitesands on Sunday and a fantastic sunny day. Don't believe those pesky weather forecasts! The less said about yesterday the better though.
