Depo a profession door installer could reinstall the door so that it will close--probably just need to shim it in the opening. Just so you know. But you need to get a guy who specialized in doing doors. I do know a guy in Temecula who is not too far from you.

Worst case is you could add weatherstriping to the door to keep dirt from coming in.

Licksch I have never used these rollers, but would wonder about the consistency of the color as you roll it.

You could also consider large stencils for pattern too. I have even seen where some people take the stencil and using drywall compound make the design look like raise motif on the walls. A really nice look.
