ppf.--Wow! What a difference a picture makes. This really helps me to visualize the changes. My husband and I have been pouring over these to see what best suits us. On the first plan, would it be possible to add a door to enclose the toilet? This would help if two people are getting ready at the same time. I really think this one utilizes the most space.

If it is not too much trouble, could you look at a suggested plan from my husband. Basically, it tweaks your second plan. The dimensions really help since I not skilled in knowing the sizes of things. We are trying to lay it out in our space to get a better feel for the options.

Thank you sharing your expertise. I am very grateful for assistance to help me get started in the right direction.

Happy to help :)

Husbands plan looks like the best idea yet. I might move the shelves to the opposite end so the person using the near sink is away from the door.

No room for a toilet compartment on the first plan.

Think about some evergreen shrubs which thrive in your climate and plant a mix instead of a row on one kind of plant. Hollies and wax myrtles are nice and are favored by birds. For color, camellias are nice understory evergreens. Selection will depend on climate (heat/cold), soil moisture, amount of sunlight, and what appeals to you. You might see if there are any local gardens that you can visit to get an idea of what grows well in your area and an idea about the mature size of the plants that you are considering. Good luck!

One other thing, I think the fence is fine, the main issue that I see is that the wood is too new. A tint or paint over it would do wonders

Our neighbors put up a fence like this- nice side facing us- years ago. At first, it looked so " intimidating", but we love the privacy to gives us!!

Lucky girls to have such a beautiful place to hang out with friends. Love the end table for the sofa. Can you share where to find similar items?

The sofa is Zuo Modern, the mesh table was a salvaged piece that was sand blasted and painted, the small silver table is Roost, the light fixture is Robert Abbey, the mini Ghost chair is Kartell, the silver vases Gold Leaf Design. The skull art was a one of a kind find in High Point. The valences are custom. If you are working with a designer they can get these items, if not a web search or calling the vendors directly for a retailer near you. And of course I can help you with it too.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have painted many samples. I just don't think I see color, especially the undertones, very well. While the paint stores are good ones, their staff just sells paint. I just need another set of eyes to guide me in the right direction with the paint selection.

I am off to the paint store to see amazing grey...

Good luck. We actually didn't expect the blue/purple undertone....couldn't tell even when we painted a sample...so odd. I think the color is wonderful and unique.

Ping pong is amazing! However, a pool table is a bit less messy (especially when dealing with novices) and it is more likely to be used.
