Golden American Lager - 4.0% ABV
Green Eyed Devil
An American lager. Smooth, light, crisp.Our homage to the PBR that helped build this brewery...
Belgian Saison - 6.5% ABV
Gilman Farmhouse
Rich, toasted bread/malt, fruit (apricot/peach/nectarine), spice, and earthy flavors. Dry finish. No additives: water, barley malt, yeast, and hops, all these flavors come from our house strain of Belgian Saison yeast.
Nitro Brown Ale - 6.4% ABV
Secret Brunch
A brown ale brewed with smoked malt and fermented with maple bacon syrup (yep, that's real bacon in there). Poured on nitro for a smooth, creamy head.
Dark Saison - 7.7% ABV
Ferme Noire
Dark color, light body/flavor. Subtle stone fruit, light roasted malty flavors. Mild funky/earthy notes from house cultured Brettanomyces yeast. Dry finish.
French Saison - 7.6% ABV
Maison de Campagne
A french inspired saison. Crisp and spicy from a special house strain saison yeast and the use of wheat. Dry finish.
Chocolate Stout - 6.0%
Oil Pan
A full bodied stout for the dark beer lover. This chocolate stout pours rich and dark with a wonderful aroma of cocoa. The dark roasted malts provide the bitterness to create this balanced beer while the post-fermentation addition of pure cacao provide a lasting chocolate flavor.
Nectarine Saison - 6.0% ABV
Champ Rochaux
Tart, fruity, cloudy, complex. Definitely NOT the sweet fruit beer from your college days. Wheat malt and our house saison yeast fermented with a half-ton of nectarines. Complex, dry finish.
West Coast Double IPA - 8.0% ABV
Autoshop IPA
An aggressively hopped West Berkeley style IPA. Light balanced body, aggressive bittering hops, massive (over 4 pounds per barrel) fresh hop aroma and flavor.
Golden Ale - 4.5% ABV
Fear the Hornet
Rich, malty, full bodied. Brewed with four different types of fresh green chiles. Huge floral aroma from the hops and pounds of fresh green chiles. Moderate spiciness that burns just a little but doesn't linger too long.
West Coast IPA - 6.5% ABV
Quarter Panel
Amarillo hops make this IPA intense and pungent with notes of red grapefruit, tropical fruit and ripe melon. Mosaic hops give it a complex flavor profile of Blueberry, Peach and Pine.
Porter - 5.8%
Smoked Porter
A lightly smoked ruby brown porter with a toasted malt and lightly smoked flavor. Medium/light body, mild english hop aroma.
North Eastern IPA - 8.0%
Antifreeze
A juicy, hybrid, East meets west Style unfiltered IPA. Like a mai-tai without the rum bite, this beer explodes with tropical aromas and flavors. English style yeast lends a slightly hazy finish and extra smooth Mouthfeel.
Gluten Free Golden Ale - 3.7%
Le Petite Hibou
Our Belgian golden with a Japanese twist. Pilsner malt and rice lend a crisp malt backbone with a medium golden body. An extremely refreshing summer session beer.
(*Lab tested 12ppm; FDA cutoff for gluten free classification is anything less than 20ppm)
Food Trucks and Taproom Events
The taproom is ramping up for the New Year! We've got trivia every Tuesday night, and we are now hosting monthly beer yoga classes, art pop ups, craft classes, & monthly car meets. Lots of other great events in the works for 2018 as well!

We have rotating food trucks every Tuesday, and Friday through Sunday. Enjoy a delicious meal while having some tasty beer!

Join us every Tuesday night for trivia hosted by Geeks Who Drink!

Every week we'll head upstairs in the taproom from 7:30-9:30 for trivia, Gilman brews, and good times. Bring a group a friends or come in and join a team! There will be prizes for the winning teams, as well as a round where you can win penny beers!

Join us for our first car meet at Gilman Brewing! All hot rods, rat rods, lowriders, and classics are welcome. Parking will be available in the back parking lot starting at 11:30, and for anyone who arrives earlier there are usually lots of spaces out front as well. Participation is free and we will buy the first beer for everyone who participates.

Before the holiday madness begins - head on over to the brewery for a relaxing Sunday morning of yoga and beer! The instructor will once again be our friend Felicia, who is a cicerone certified beer lover and local yoga instructor! Hope to see you there! Namaste. Cheers.

Gilman Brewing took home two medals from the LA International Beer Competition! Our french saison, Maison de Campagne, took home the Gold for best Classic Saison.
Our dark saison, La Ferme Noire, won the Gold Medal for best Experimental Beer at the 2017 LA International Beer Competition! It also received a silver medal at the Nor Cal Brew Competition in the American Wild Ale Category.
The Champ Rochaux received a silver medal in the fruit beer category at the 2017 Nor Cal Brew Competition. It's a light, refreshing saison that was made with half a ton of nectarines! The perfect beer to enjoy these warm summer days!
Our smoked porter was the recipient of a silver medal at the 2017 Nor Cal Brew Competition! Our porter is smooth and light bodied, which still makes it the ideal summer beer for all of our dark beer lovers.
