OUR HISTORY

As most things in the world Stash Brewing Co. was a product of love, passion and determination. Even though the idea came years before, the physical manifestation started in 2015 with this website. Property purchased in 2016. Production started June of 2017. Tap Room opened January 2018.

Brewer Cueto learned to make beer while in Colorado from studying many books and spending years homebrewing, perfecting his Old World style recipes. Along for the adventure, Patti has been able to use her diverse plethora of knowledge to help create this off the beaten path brewery.

Built on an old rock quarry, Stash Brewing Co. is history in the making. We are constantly transforming and exploring endless possibilites of what this space has to offer.
