After I log into the e edition it just sits there with a spinning circle. Windows 10 laptop.

San Francisco Chronicle App Update 3.0.3

Starting with version 3.0.3, our subscribers will only need to use their SFChronicle.com login to access the website, the e-edition, and the iOS/Android apps! You will no longer need the separate login for the app.

  • If you are having any trouble logging in, you can reset your password by clicking “Forgot password?” under the “Sign In” tab of SFChronicle.com. 
  • If you have not yet set up a login for the website, you can visit www.sfchronicle.com/activate and use your account number to create your login information.
  • After updating your app, tap “Sign in” on the pop-up prompt and enter your SFChronicle.com login information. Then, start reading!

Again, no paper in 95301, 1725 Chalet, is there a problem? Our paper was always here by 7, no it is coming after 8. Not desirable. Eric

I apologize that your Sunday paper was not delivered. Carriers have until 8 AM to deliver the Sunday paper.  I have entered a request to have your paper delivered today.

We used to get our paper by 7 on Sunday's by 7-7:30 am, now it is after 8 and no paper. 95301 zip code, what is up?

Hi, I started a subscription for Sunday deliveries only last week. I live in San Jose. 1) was wondering when I should expect my delivery to start? 2) what time does the paper typically get delivered? Is it via post office so I should expect in Monday mail?

Could you please provide your address so that I can check on your start?  The scheduled delivery time for Sunday is 8 AM.

The Unlimited Digital Access subscription includes the Chronicle app for the iPad and iPhone.  Unfortunately, we do not have an app for the Kindle.
