We all have a book that we want to read, or a few books we started that we haven’t finished. This is a call to action to read more and work less! This juicy IPA, with its passion fruit, guava, melon, and grapefruit flavors, will circle around your mouth to enhance the stories that come to life in your mind while reading that amazing work of fiction!

Dust Jacket :: Hazy IPA
ABV: 6.8% Hops: Citra, Denali, Eureka
Dust Jacket will protect your palette from unwanted bitterness. Just like that neglected hardback cover that clings on to dear life, and screams "wait! If nothing else, use me as a bookmark." We use a ton of Citra, Eureka, & Denali to make this beer explode w/ hoppy aromas of grapefruit and pineapple, but also subtle dankness and pine notes to give complexity. With a cloud-like softness and chewier mouthfeel than a west coast IPA, you are assured an easy drinking and delicious IPA experience. 

Shio :: Gose w/ Lime, Lemongrass, and Ginger
ABV: 5.2% Hops: Dr. Rudu, AU Ella
The salt in a Gose is a great flavor potentiator that highlights the sweet and depresses the bitter. Throw in some lime, ginger, and lemongrass and you get a beautifully balanced lemon lime ginger beer w/ just enough tartness and spice to create a harmonious finish!

Chill Juice :: Juicy IPA
ABV: 6.5% Hops: El Dorado, Mosaic, Citra
Dude. Don’t worry. It’s gonna be okay. Drink this chill juice. It’s an IPA made for chillaxin’ in the sun with three of the juiciest hops. Put your feet up and sip on this pillowy, refreshing juicy IPA with low bitterness and grapefruit, melon, and tropical fruit flavors.

Square of Sunshine :: Dry-hopped Pilsner
ABV: 5.2% Hops: AU Summer, GR Merkur, CZ Saaz
That feeling when your chair is leaning back, your song is on, the peripheral is out of focus, and a square of sunshine encroaches your bare toes, travels up your legs, and envelops your entire being. All that’s left to do is take a sip from this crisp and crushable dry-hopped Pilsner with relaxed notes of apricot and stone fruit.

Blind Assassin :: West Coast IPA
ABV: 6.4% Hops: Chinook, Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Summit, Simcoe
In the spirit of reading a book within a book within a book to find the truth, we layered six different hop varieties to challenge your senses to follow the narrative told by the entangled flavors and aromas of candied fruit, grapefruit, pine, gummy bears, lemon, and tangerine. The truth is out there.

Snake-haired Gorgon :: Pale Ale
ABV: 5.2% Hops: Medusa, AU Ella, NZ Dr. Rudi, NZ Taiheke
Named after Medusa, this Pale Ale showcases an entirely different species of hops called humulus lupulus neomexicanus native to Colorado and New Mexico. Medusa hops add a rounded flavor and aroma profile of guava, melon, apricot and citrus fruit.

Park Factor :: German-style Kolsch
ABV: 4.8% Hops: Cascade, GR Saphir
A crisp and slightly fruity page turner perfect for kicking off a warming trend and watching baseball! Light in color and malt character, this style’s fermentation process yields a slight vinous character which is accompanied by a slightly dry, crisp finish. Ale yeast is used for fermentation, but the beer is “lagered” for 1 week after fermentation is complete.

Librarian :: Saison
ABV: 7.0% Hops: NZ Taiheke, NZ Dr. Rudi
With a shiver of trepidation, The Keeper Of Knowledge stepped out into the sunshine, leaving behind the dusty cobwebs, and row after row of leather bound books. The feeling she first felt from the rays of sunshine on her face, and the smell of fresh cut flowers and citrus fruit, is the feeling you get when taking a sip from the Librarian.

Mending Wall :: Belgian-style Golden Ale
ABV: 6.0% Hops: UK Target
A friendly libation well suited for kicking back with your neighbor and tearing down your misplaced walls. Look for a characteristic fruitiness from the Belgian yeast and a highly attenuated dry finish.

Stars, Like Dust :: Juicy IPA
ABV: 6.3% Hops: Citra, AU Galaxy
The Director, faking his frailty, yet enjoying this juicy IPA that tastes like citrus, peach, and passionfruit juice, gazes upon the great monitor, watching as those fools escape radioactive contamination by space jumping to false coordinates in search of the rebel planet. If they only knew -- He was the rebel leader.

Point of View :: German-style Pilsner
ABV: 5.4% GR Hops: Saphir, Merkur, Hallertauer Mittelfrueh
This German-style Pilsner is golden in color with a fresh bread aroma and distinctive hoppy tang, yet mild fruity hop flavor, yielding a pleasantly harmonic bitterness to cleanse your palate, and adjust your point of view.

Book Thief :: West Coast IPA
ABV: 6.5% Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo, Mosaic
In order to catch a book thief, we brought Inspector Mike in on the case. Together we cooked up a surefire elixir to capture the book crook. This west coast attitude IPA, with it’s potent perfume of orange and grapefruit citrus, pulled the pilferer into our pint trap to lock up this smooth criminal.

Agnostic :: American Amber Ale
ABV: 5.5% Hops: Cascade, Citra
Agnostic has a strong empirical foundation built on Maris Otter, munich, and caramel malts, and a grapefruit and strawberry aroma that raises up Cascade and Citra hops in a ceremonial offering to the sky, or gods, or what?

Idiom :: Irish-style Dry Stout on Nitro
ABV: 4.6% Hops: UK East Kent Goldings, Cascade
On those inevitable days when it is raining cats and dogs, Idiom is the choice of beer drinkers far and near. With a rich and creamy pour, and a distinctively black look, this velvety stout sticks it’s landing. Sip after sip, sweet is balanced by bitter, with roast and chocolate notes catching a ride to your nose on the tiny nitrogen bubbles.
