The 49ers and CityTeam have a history of partnering together to help men, women, and children who are struggling with homelessness and hunger in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Over the years, the staff and players have prepared and served meals for those who are hungry, provided hygiene kits to those who are homeless, and given groceries to families struggling with poverty. We are so thankful for their commitment to helping those in need!
