Beautiful rainy night to stop by SeaQuake for a peaceful dinner. Very friendly male server met us a...nd ordered our drinks right expeditiously. I had an excellent cocktail and my husband had a beer. We had a tasty, fresh green salad to start. Then I had the new Grilled Shrimp Fettuccine and it was the best I have had in either Crescent City or Brookings. The shrimp was seasoned and then cooked perfectly and the fettuccine noodles and sauce were superbly creamy. My husband had the pizza and stated, “they have the best pizza in Crescent City”. There were four other couples in the dining room with us, a few folks at the bar, and a few families in the back. There was Tasteful music playing and the temperature was warm and comfortable. This is a good stop. Go hike one of the trails in the surrounding redwood forests. Then swing by the... Sea Quake for a brew and a nosh! The service is good the food is great and the beer is fantastic. Try the Paparonni whirl and the Sea Quake Flight (Taster) to identify the beer for you. Pizza is great. Fish and chips are awesome.
