Our Beers

Full Beer List

Image

Codename: VW

A classic German Helles Weizen-bock. VW is a deceptively dangerous beer which amps up the clove and banana flavors of a Hefeweizen along with a much higher ABV. As with most German styles of beer, the goal is to achieve balance so even with the increased flavors of clove and banana, there should be a minimal increase in sweetness so that the beer remains deceptively easy to drink.

More details

C-Rations

An IPA brewed in the West Coast style with all 'C' hops: Columbus, Centennial and Citra.

More details

dOrt

A German Dortmunder Export style lager. This is a light gold colored lager that is a little higher in alcohol than a German Pilsner, but also retaining a nice Pilsner malt flavor and aroma with a pleasant hoppiness.

More details

Dwarf Galaxy

This beer is dedicated to our many beer loving friends who clamor for flavorful but low ABV session beers. Dwarf Galaxy is such a beer and is modeled after our Milky Way Stout but with a hint of an English Dark Mild Ale. We find the lower ABV when done properly can enrich the chocolate, roasty, sweet flavors of a Milk Stout.

More details

Frères Belges

A classic Belgian-inspired Blond Ale featuring a malt bill of Pilsner, Wheat, and Aromatic malts. This malt bill combined with a flavorful Belgian yeast strain produces a slightly hazy, light gold ale that is malt forward, dry-finishing with a subtle spiciness.

More details

Galaxy 763

This light bodied, hazy IPA is made with a simple malt bill of barley and flaked oats but has the perfect combo of Galaxy, Mosaic, and Citra hops along with a flavorful English Ale yeast. What's with the funky name? 763 is the sum of the original hop identifiers for Citra (HBC-394) and Mosaic (HBC-369).

More details

Great Pumpkin Porter

This brown porter ale features the additions of pumpkin, spices, and vanilla. You’ll find that these additional flavors complement yet don’t overwhelm the roasty and caramel notes found in our porter.

More details

Hazy Ruminations

A New England style lactose IPA made with Mosaic and El Dorado hops. The combination of lactose and a generous amount of flaked oats provides a full body to this beer that compliments the hops quite nicely.

More details

Hokus Smokus

Inspired by the Polish Grodziskie smoked wheat ale. Grodziskie (also known by the German name Grätzer) is a historical blonde ale featuring large amounts of oak smoked wheat malt and low alcohol. Our version also features an addition of cherrywood smoked barley to complement the oak smoked wheat malt.

More details

Hoppy Little Accident

Sometimes you gotta go back to your roots, and brew up something old school. A delicious West Coast combination of Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe.

More details

JSB

We have taken our traditional English Extra Special Bitter and incorporated a few Japanese influences. We have added Okinawan brown sugar to enhance and add complexity to the caramel malt flavors. We solely used Lemon Drop and Japanese Sorachi Ace for a lemony, citrus hop flavor and aroma. Finally, a touch of rice flakes to lighten the body and bring forward these flavors.

More details

Mango Lassi

This kettle sour takes its inspiration from the popular Indian drink. Made with lactose, mangoes and just a hint of green cardamom, it is both tart and refreshing!

More details

Ploughman's Porter

A porter brewed in the style of the London classic. Popular for it's dark color and strong flavors and aromas of coffee, chocolate and roasted malt. Just enough British hops are added to yield a subdued bitterness that balances the heavy malt body of this dark and characterful beer.

What Does the Fawkes Say

As we researched Guy Fawkes, we discovered he spent his youth in Belgium so in honor of this, we created this English IPA with a hybrid fermentation of English and Belgian yeast strains. This amber colored, full-bodied, malt forward beer gets its spicy notes from both tasty English hop and Belgian yeast. .What Does the Fawkes Say? yum yum yumm yum-yum yum-yum yumm!

More details

Wit Klaw: Peach

A Belgian wit bier flavored with peach puree. Typical of the Belgian Wit bier style, Wit Klaw has a light, refreshing, and slightly tart body complemented by a bit of spiciness from the Belgian wit yeast. The flavor profile is completed with a generous helping of peach fruit puree.

    About Us

We are passionate about brewing and united in our quest to produce beer of the highest quality. Meet the team...

    Adrian & Christine

    Image
Growing up in Colorado, Adrian was surrounded by great craft breweries like Avery, Odell's and Left Hand. After a few misadventures with homebrewing in college and moving to California he took the hobby more seriously. Christine has seen this hobby grow to a garage-consuming obsession and now business. Somehow, she continues to put up with it.

    Colin & Liz

    Image
A software engineer by day, Colin discovered what would come to be known as craft beer while in college and began homebrewing at about the same time. He returned to homebrewing several years ago, after a hiatus that included training for a number of endurance sports for charity, and enjoys a lot of the DIY aspect of the hobby -- both in making the actual beer, as well as the piecing together equipment. When not working or planning more brewing projects, he can often be found training for his next endurance race. Liz discovered brewing right before meeting Colin and continues to love to learn all that she can about styles and techniques.
