The Seven Stills Brewery & Distillery in Mission Bay is our main production facility and flagship location where you can drink and shop all of our spirits, beers, and merchandise.

This state of the art 18,500 square foot brewery & distillery is a drastic contrast from the 600 square foot storage unit that Seven Stills was founded in just six years ago, and frankly, a dream come true for our team.
