2026 Park Hours (All times are EST)

  • January 1 – March 7: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • March 8 – April 4: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • April 5 – May 23: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
  • May 24 – August 1: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • August 2 – September 12: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
  • September 13 – October 31: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • November 1 – December 31: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Spicer Lake Nature Preserve opens one hour later and closes one hour earlier than the times listed above.

2026 Park Closed Dates

  • All County Parks are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
  • All County Parks will close at 3:30 PM EST on December 24, 2026.

2026 Office Closed Dates

Park offices are closed in observance of the following County-designated holidays:

  • January 1 – New Year’s Day
  • January 19 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • February 16 – Presidents’ Day
  • April 3 – Good Friday
  • May 5 – Primary Election Day
  • May 25 – Memorial Day
  • June 19 – Juneteenth National Independence Day
  • July 3 – Independence Day
  • September 7 – Labor Day
  • October 12 – Columbus Day
  • November 3 – General Election Day
  • November 11 – Veterans Day
  • November 26 – Thanksgiving Day
  • November 27 – Day After Thanksgiving
  • December 25 – Christmas Day

Reservation Fees

Reservation fees do not include park entrance fees. Gate fees apply on weekends, holidays, and during special events or programs.

Reservations outside of regular park hours require an additional $40 per hour park ranger fee.

A security deposit is required for all reservations: $200 for enclosed buildings and $150 for open-air pavilions. This deposit will be refunded if all park rules and shelter policies are followed and no damage or additional clean-up is required at the site.

Gate Fees

  • In-County Vehicles: $4
  • Out-of-County Vehicles: $5
  • Special Event Parking: $8
  • Busload: $0.50 per person
  • Annual Pass – In-County: $27
  • Annual Pass – Out-of-County: $35

Fee Details

  • Entry fees apply April 1–October 31 on weekends and holidays.
  • Entry fees are charged on Fridays at Ferrettie/Baugo Creek County Park from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
  • Entry fees are charged on Fridays at St. Patrick’s County Park from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
  • Entry fees are also in effect during winter programs and special events.
