As in the 116 Trophy, the Sprint series car is the BMW 116i, an agile, fun and forgiving race car.\u00a0 Selected for their abundance in the second-hand market, affordability of donor cars and parts and ability to be competitive to experienced drivers, while remaining accessible to novices.<\/p>

The modifications made to the car are minimal, affecting only the roll cage, race exhaust, suspension change, ECU and tyres and are the same as those used on the Trophy and Coupe Cup cars. This keeps the cost of modified parts down and means that the vehicles are eligible to be raced in multiple events – giving drivers more ‘bang for their buck’.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our standard format provides drivers with an average of 45 minutes of track time per event, consisting of a 15 minute qualifying session and two races of 15 minutes each.<\/span>
