With a career in aviation spanning four decades, Paola Lucia Redaelli has never stopped looking for opportunities to learn, grow and take on new challenges. From starting at check-in to becoming an airside supervisor at just 26, Paola gained experience across different areas of airport operations – including roles that, at the time, were predominantly held by men. Today, as Front Line Manager at Milan Linate, she brings that experience to her team, encouraging the same curiosity, determination and passion that have shaped her own journey. #wearednata #womenindnata

A great few days in Athens for our team at Aviation Connect 2026.   Bringing together people from across the aviation, air cargo and ground operations community, the event was a valuable opportunity to catch up with customers, partners and industry colleagues, exchange ideas and explore new ways to work together.   From operational excellence and safety to sustainability and digitalisation, there was plenty to discuss around the topics shaping our industry today. A new electric addition in Prague!   Our Catering and Retail team has added a new electric high loader to its ground support fleet.   Used to service aircraft with catering supplies, the vehicle brings electric technology into a key part of the operation while reducing reliance on diesel – in line with our broader efforts to explore more sustainable solutions across our global operations. #wearednata

A new partnership is on the menu at Heathrow.   We’re welcoming Xiamen Airlines to our portfolio in the UK, providing catering for three flights a week from London Heathrow to Xiamen.   Behind the scenes, our chefs and customer teams worked closely with the airline to create a menu tailored to its passengers, drawing on years of experience catering for Chinese carriers.   We’re excited to play a part in Xiamen Airlines’ passenger experience, one meal at a time.   #wearednata
