Only used this app for a day but so far I do have a couple of complaints. I wish there was a settings button so I could change it to a 12 hour clock instead of 24. Also, what is the point of having a pause button for the naps if when you press start again, the timer continues as if pause was never pushed? I can count how many times my baby woke up, like during the night, but I can’t see how long she was awake if the pause button does nothing. And if my baby goes back to sleep within 5 minutes, I don’t want to have to stop her sleep and start a new one.

The app follows your device’s regional time format, so if your iPhone is set to a 12-hour clock, BabyZen should display times using AM/PM as well.Regarding the pause button, it was designed for brief awakenings when the baby may quickly go back to sleep, so the total sleep period continues to be counted. For longer awakenings, we recommend ending the sleep and starting a new one when the baby falls asleep again.We hope this helps clarify how these features work.

I just wish I could change Night sleep to nap. Sometimes my son takes a late nap and it is list it as night sleep when it is a 45 min nap and then is awake for 2 hours before going to sleep for the night. Also have the option to not have military time.

Update deleted all data

The last update deleted all my data. More than a year of data carefully logged in the app and all the sleep patterns were lost in a second. And the HELP button doesn’t work.

We’re very sorry for what happened. We’re releasing an update with a Backup & Recovery feature that may locate and help recover your previous data. Once available, update the app and go to Settings > Backup & Recovery. We’re also fixing the Help option. Please contact our support so we can assist you.
