I have two daughters and my youngest loves Bluey. We originally got the other game that has everything locked and full of ads and only unlocks with a monthly subscription. After watching her play that and seeing how that company was taking advantage of children for the purpose of turning a childhood love for Bluey into a milking cash cow machine. I wanted to find something better for her. This game is BETTER in every way. First of all it’s a one time payment and you get the full game, (this is how it’s supposed to be parents). I’m an old gamer, I was born when the NES came out and grew up playing video games with my dad and brother and I loved it. I KNOW what makes a good game and what makes a bad one. This game is story driven, full of imagination and love and it’s good for your kids. Do yourself a favor if you have little ones and buy this game for them because it’s worth it. The mechanics are smooth and the gameplay isn’t too complicated for kids, but most importantly it’s fun even for me and that’s saying something. I’ve played the greats, FF7, Chrono Cross, every N64 banger, I owned them all (I still love you ocarina of time). Whoever made this loves games and gets it and they love children, because you can feel it in this game. Like I said buy it or at least try it for free to see if I’m right then buy it. - A dad.

Great game for fans of the show
shockingnew
Devs, if you read these - we pair our iPad with an Xbox controller and it’s very frustrating to push the A button for most interaction but have to use Y to start a conversation but A to continue and close it. Please fix it or add controller settings so you can set your own mappings. Thanks! Now the review. I’ve heard other Bluey games aren’t very good, but this one is excellent especially for fans of the show (and I don’t know anyone with kids who isn’t). It’s a great way to introduce young kids to longer and more complex video games. This one is a combination of exploration, fetch quests, and basic puzzles. It’s voiced by the real cast and the characters are drawn in the style of the “drawing” episodes like “Escape” and “Dragon”. The story feels like a proper episode. Now, the feedback. Most of the game is voice acted, but there are bits that aren’t, which my kid who is just starting to read found frustrating. While you can play on the touch screen, the game works much better with a controller. Other than that, it’s a lot of fun and worth the money. It’s also a lot cheaper on iOS than any other platform.
