Simple timer that just works

If you are looking for a timer that can simplify your training this is it. You can type a name for each section of your training. One of mine has 24 steps and I just wrote the basics of the area I'm going to work on. I picked a voice to speak each area out loud. Choose muted colors for each timer, you can even duplicate the loop. You can also listen to music in the background. So, I get to choose my own music.I would say to use no more than a few words to describe what your aim is for that area. If you need, just extend the time to let it sync in.And that's wonderful, too. You can edit times.Oh, and change the alarm sound (prefer Gong), mute, or have speak to you (use this).I'm also using this to help me visualize. So, while listening to the original training and after I've practiced it, I wanted this to help reduce amount of words to the bare minium needed so I can practice visualization. And it's working.Loving the simplicity and the ease of the app. Thank you Interval Timer.💜

I’ve been downloading and deleting timer apps for two days, trying to find one that lets me build my own workout routines, let’s me name the exercises, customize sets, rounds, breaks, etc - and let’s me build as many routines as I want. And I want it to be free. Or, at least not some crazy yearly subscription. (Are you kidding me?) Well, lo and behold, this one does all that and more. I can even name my rest intervals, “Let’s go, fatty. Keep going”, and the voice reader will say it. :) I GLADLY paid the $2.99 fee to for the ad free version, because this app is worth every penny of that.

I've searched a long time for an alarm/timer that didn't require me to manually stop the alarm AND repeats the whole thing a bunch of times. You can customize it all: length of time, number of alarms, sounds, the countdown (if you want one), the pause/interval (if you want one), the name of the task etc. Best of all you don’t need to turn the alarm off…it simply continues to the next set. It's free but you can pay a one time fee to remove the ad on the very bottom of the page. I don't remember the cost but it's minimal and honestly I don't even notice the ad.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to do so for this app! I spent ages scrolling the options in the App Store for a timer I could use to time my workouts and name each exercise, and everything locked basic things behind paid “premium features”. Not this one! It’s straight forward, lets you customize your timers and exercises, and the ads aren’t disturbing (plus, you can remove them if you want to). Honestly the perfect app working exactly how I needed it to! Thanks developers!!
