What we love: Seeing all our tasks and appointments on a single timeline (with suggestions for when to take a break). Structured’s AI chat makes creating a study schedule or pushing a task to tomorrow effortless.

Quick tip: With iOS 27, you can ask Siri to create a new task for a particular day and time and the app will place it on your timeline. (An Apple Intelligence–enabled device is required.)

Meet the creator: Berlin-based founder and CEO Leonard Mehlig started Structured as a small side project, but it quickly became his full-time focus. He now manages the app with a small team while traveling the world.
