  • This month, Coles is getting behind Movember again to help change the face of men’s health, by tackling Mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Coles raised over $1.6m during last year’s hairy season, bringing the total we’ve raised for Movember to over $7m. 2026 promises to be the biggest campaign yet, with even more of our generous suppliers joining the cause. This year not only will there be a 50c donation to Movember when customers purchase any men’s grooming product, there will also be donations on the purchase of participating Asahi Beverages, Nando's Australia & New Zealand, Grill'd, Masterfoods and amaysim products…plus more! It will be a hairy time around Coles stores and head offices as well as team members make their #Growmittment to show their support for Movember. Whether they’re growing a mo, MOving for Movember, hosting a MOment or MO-ing their own way, the team are doing their bit to change the face of men’s health.     Find out more here: https://lnkd.in/dTKp95MG   #ProudlyColes #LifeAtColes #TeamColes #movember Martin Smithson / James Juranke / Jace Armstrong / Patrick Hassett / Chloe Tan / Scott Nicholson / Callan Date / Alex Sibbald

  • A huge effort from our Queensland and WA teams has helped raise more than $1.1 million for sick children and their families. ❤️ In Queensland, our teams raised over $610,000 for Hummingbird House Brisbane, while in WA, $500,000 was donated at the Telethon Family Festival.   From fundraising in stores to the generosity of our customers and team members, it’s a great example of what’s possible when our team and communities come together. A big thank you to everyone who got involved and helped make a difference. 🙌   #LifeAtColes #ColesTeam #Community #BetterTogether #ProudlyColes. We’re proud to be recognised as a finalist in the Australian Disability Network’s 2026 Disability Confidence Awards for Digital Accessibility Progress. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to making our digital experiences more accessible and inclusive for our customers and team members. Congratulations to everyone helping drive this important work across Coles Group. We’re proud of the progress we’re making and committed to continuing to learn and improve. #ProudlyColes #DisabilityConfidenceAwards #DisabilityInclusion #DigitalAccessibility Melanie J O. / Adam Heywood / Shae Courtney / Michael Courtney / Sara Stuart / Fiona Scullion

One of the many things I really value about working at Coles Group is seeing inclusion that isn't performative. It is great to see inclusion in the way we design experiences, develop people, and do business. It means we get to do some really tangible stuff that impacts our team members, customers, and communities. This week, Coles Group was recognised as a finalist in the Australian Disability Network’s 2026 Disability Confidence Awards for Digital Accessibility Progress. The award recognises organisations making their websites, apps, and digital platforms more accessible, with a focus on progress rather than perfection. For a business like Coles, where our digital experiences reach so many Australians, continuing to build accessibility into how we design and develop matters. A big thank you to Melanie J O'Brien for the work she continues in this space, and for putting Coles forward for the award. Seeing that work recognised alongside organisations across Australia that are continuing to raise the bar on accessibility is something to be proud of. Having Adam Heywood, our GM Sponsor for Accessibility, there with us was also a welcome show of support for the work and its importance. We were also celebrating Moira Negline, who was recognised as a finalist for Mentee of the Year through the Australian Disability Network Career Mentoring Program, with Shae Courtney supporting her as a mentor. The awards were also an opportunity to learn from other organisations, recognise progress, and keep building our capability around disability inclusion. That progress has the potential to make a difference to the everyday experiences of a lot of people. Proud to see Coles contribute to that progress. #DisabilityConfidenceAwards #DisabilityInclusion #DigitalAccessibility #Accessibility #AusDN

  • Celebrating decades of dedication ❤️ Every year, our Loyal Service Luncheons give us the opportunity to recognise something pretty special: the team members who have spent 25 years or more helping make Coles what it is today. Over the last month, we’ve brought together team members from across Australia to celebrate their remarkable careers and contributions to our stores, teams and communities. These luncheons are a chance to reconnect with colleagues, reflect on the memories and friendships made along the way, and celebrate an incredible career milestone. This year, we recognised team members with careers spanning several decades, including some celebrating an extraordinary 50 and 60 years of service. Behind every milestone are years of dedication, teamwork and care for our customers and communities. We’re incredibly proud to recognise our long-serving team members and thank them for everything they continue to bring to Coles. Take a look at some of the highlights from this year’s celebrations. Congratulations to all our Loyal Service recipients! #ColesGroup #LifeAtColes #LoyalService #TeamColes Leah Weckert / Martin Smithson / Claire Lauber

  • This Indigenous Business Month, we’re celebrating the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses we work with, and the people, products and stories behind them. The 2026 theme, Local and Connected, encourages us to look at the Indigenous businesses around us and consider how we can build genuine connections with them. For Yaru Water, that connection starts with Country.  Yaru Water is sourced from beneath the foothills of Wollumbin in Bundjalung Country in northern NSW. Yaru means ‘rock’ in Bundjalung language, reflecting the ancient volcanic rock through which the water is naturally filtered. Yaru began in 2011 as a partnership between the Martin family and Bundjalung descendants and has been stocked on Coles shelves since 2013.  Yaru is a First Nations business first and foremost, with its social impact delivered through the Yaru Foundation. For every 100 litres of Yaru Water sold, $1 is donated to initiatives supporting improved health outcomes for First Nations communities. Since 2017, the Yaru Foundation has donated more than $500,000 to projects in First Nations communities. It’s one of the different ways Indigenous businesses we work with are creating economic and social impact. This Indigenous Business Month, we’re proud to celebrate our Indigenous supplier partnerships and the relationships that help create lasting opportunity and shared success. #IndigenousBusinessMonth #LocalAndConnected #IBM2026 Sara Stuart / Sam Muir / Paul Dodd
