BSS 01 aka TV-Spiel

A console with four Pong games, the only manufactured in the former German Democratic Republic (GDR), in 1981. Primarily intended for educational and state-run recreational institutions. Manufactured by the state-owned telecommunications technology company (RFT) at various facilities. It came in versions differentiated by the color of the casing (two colors), the color of the control panel (three colors), and the screen printing of the name (with or without "RFT"). The console's production and distribution were associated with the RFT (Rundfunk und Fernmelde Technik) consortium and, to a lesser extent, with Robotron , the largest computer manufacturer in East Germany (the reference to "RFT" was omitted from the name of some consoles)
