Dictyonema huaorani is a species of basidiolichen in the family Hygrophoraceae.[2] It is one of few known non-mushroom fungi found to produce psychedelic tryptamines, including psilocybin and 5-MeO-DMT among others, although this remains insufficiently confirmed.[2][3] It was first collected in 1981 and was first described in 2014.[2][1] It has been sporadically used as an entheogen by the Waorani (Huaorani) indigenous people of the Amazon in eastern Ecuador, who refer to it as nɇnɇndapɇ.[2][4][5][6]
