I've unblocked User:Dreamstudio.io (now User:ArtCurator95) following their promise of disclosing their paid editing and explicitly working through AfC/edit requests. Not 100% convinced, but I figure it's best to see if they follow through, as they haven't really edited beyond draftspace so there's no immediate reason to doubt them. No worries about responding to my specific comment, as I think it's more related to providing insight into the operations of the arbitration committee than providing reasons for or against the proposal in question, so there's no urgency. However if you would like to write something up that could be linked from the Wikipedia:Arbitrator experiences page, that would be useful for those considering running.
