AI was supposed to make work simpler. Goodweek is making sure it does. Proud to lead their $12M Seed 🚀 Most companies didn’t adopt AI. They accumulated it. Every team on its own tools, data spread across vendors nobody vetted, and costs nobody can trace. The result is more complexity, not less. Goodweek is the AI Manager for businesses. Last week, 80 researchers, founders, investors and corporates joined us at Parc Científic de Barcelona for the Frontier HealthTech Symposium, co-hosted with CRB Health Tech SGEIC Tech and GoHub Ventures.   The idea behind the afternoon was simple: the strongest HealthTech partnerships start when science, founders, capital and industry share a room early. Some news we’re especially happy to share: our partner Rocio Pillado is a finalist for Best Investor at the DISRUPTORES Innovation Awards 2026! 🎉 Rocío was the first woman promoted to partner at a Spanish venture fund. She brings an engineer’s eye for detail and a founder’s understanding of how hard building a company can be. Her work with Seedtag and Quibim is part of that story, and it’s great to see it recognised. Congratulations, Rocío! Building an AI product is getting easier. Building an AI company that lasts is not. In a new interview with Corporate Community, published in Italian, I discuss what makes an AI startup genuinely investable, what founders often underestimate, and why technical understanding matters in early-stage venture. Great technology without distribution does not scale. Commercial ambition without product differentiation does not endure. The best companies build both at the same time. At Adara Ventures, we invest where the moat is moving: proprietary data, trust and security, deep domain expertise, and deployment in critical workflows and real-world systems. The same principle applies to venture investing. In deep tech, financial analysis alone arrives too late.
