Our mission is to empower leaders to change the world through inspiration, knowledge, and networks 🌍 🤝 That’s why we want to share the valuable learnings and insights we gained with an even larger audience. We have compiled an Executive Summary that covers all the Main Stage presentations, including the VIP Sessions, and it's available for anyone to download! 💡 In the summary, you can read about: Oprah Winfrey - Leading with Connection Steven Bartlett - Failure is Feedback. Failure is Knowledge. Failure is Power. Patty McCord - A Team, Not a Family ...and much, much more! Our attendees have already received this via email, but if you weren’t at the event you can download the Executive Summary here: https://lnkd.in/dX_i8RAg Let's turn inspirations and ideas into action and change things for better ✨

“If it were not imagined, it could not be made. Therefore imagination must not be afraid.” A magical moment at Nordic Business Forum 2026 as Lemn Sissay took the stage to perform one of his beautiful poems 💫 #nbforum2026

If you say your organizational culture is built on trust, freedom, and responsibility, are your actions as a leader aligned with those values? At Nordic Business Forum 2026, Patty McCord reminded us that culture is what people do – not words written on a wall 🤝 #nbforum2026

During the event our core team is focused on delivering the best business days of the year for you. But once the dust has settled, every year we gather together to watch the event sessions. With a cool movie room setup, inspiring speeches and great team, we had the perfect mix of learning and team bonding 🙌 We also had our very own illustrator Anni Mikkonen ✨

About a month ago, Nordic Business Forum 2026 gathered 8,500 business decision-makers and over 25,000 livestream viewers in Helsinki 🤩 Here are a few fun facts from behind the scenes: 🌍 This year, we welcomed guests from 44 countries! Most attendees came from Finland and neighboring Nordic and Baltic countries, but some traveled all the way from Australia, Brazil, and Canada. 🤝 1,720 meetings were booked through our event app Brella. On top of that, thousands of spontaneous chats and impactful discussions took place throughout the venue. ☕️ Attendees enjoyed approximately 7,000 liters of coffee and 1,100 liters of tea throughout the event. Many insights were brewed alongside those drinks. 📷 Our photographers, captured a whopping 26,000 photos - 1670 of which were delivered to us during the two days. 🎼 A total of 180 songs were performed at Business Karaoke. 🍎🍫 Throughout the event, our guests enjoyed Finnish apples and Fazer chocolates as little snacks. All in all, about 8,00 apples and 72,250 chocolates were eaten. 🔌 Approximately 60 km of cabling at the Main Stage area. That's the lenght of almost one and a half marathons! 🪵 The Main Stage featured approximately 11.5 stacked cubic meters of logs, equivalent to around 18.5 cubic meters of loose firewood. 🧡 97.31% of in-person attendees said they would recommend the event, based on our feedback survey. While we always look for ways to improve, feedback like this truly warms our hearts. 💖 About 300 students joined us as part of the Nordic Business Forum team. Their energy, warmth, and dedication are the heart of the event! 🫶 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who was a part of #NBForum2026 !

“Rollin’, rollin’, rollin’ on the river” 🎶 With collaboration as the theme of the day, what better way to celebrate it than by getting 8,500 people to sing together? Thank you Pub Choir, for creating such a joyful moment 🧡 #nbforum2026

Innovation strategist Shawn Kanungo and Tieto CEO Endre Rangnes discussed how leaders should use AI in decision-making, where it creates the most business value today, and how to close the AI skills gap. Their advice was to use AI to automate and redesign business processes, while keeping humans involved in high-stakes decisions. At the same time, organizations should build security in from the start and invest in the skills needed to work effectively with new technologies 💡 Thank you to Shawn and Endre, and of course to Maddy Savage for hosting this conversation! 🧡 You can now watch the full discussion here: https://lnkd.in/dxSdQ4TP #nbforum2026
