As part of its pan-European growth strategy, BNP Paribas Real Estate is announcing changes to the leadership of its Advisory business. These changes will strengthen the Advisory business across Europe, enabling greater collaboration between markets and supporting continued growth. Following a career spanning nearly four decades with BNP Paribas Real Estate, Laurent Boucher, its Deputy CEO in charge of Advisory in Europe and CEO of Advisory France, will retire on December 31, 2026. To ensure a smooth transition, he will continue to support the company in his current role until December 31, 2026. BNP Paribas Real Estate therefore announces the following leadership appointments to support the next stage of growth of its Advisory business: 🔹 Effective September 15, 2026, Marcus Zorn becomes CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory and will remain in his current role as a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Executive Board and CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Germany.
