Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a visually stunning turn-based RPG set in a surreal post-apocalyptic world shaped by grief, beauty, and the passage of time. Every year, humanity suffers a supernatural purge known as the Gommage, in which all citizens who reach a specific age mysteriously vanish. This year, the number is 33.

You play as Gustave, a member of the 67th expedition, tasked with confronting the mysterious being known as The Paintress and breaking the cycle once and for all. Set in the dreamlike island city of Lumière, inspired by a decaying version of Paris, players must navigate a dangerous path full of philosophical questions, powerful enemies, and gut-wrenching choices.
