  • "Every day is different, and it's great to be in contact with staff members from all over the world working for UNICEF."   For Judit Godó, joining UNICEF was the realization of a dream she pursued for many years.   Today, she works in People and Culture at UNICEF's GSSC, where she helps colleagues navigate important moments throughout their UNICEF journey. One day, she may be reviewing a request related to a family benefit. On another, she could be helping ensure staff records reflect important life changes, including welcoming a new child into the family.   The GSSC brings together teams that support UNICEF's workforce every day. Through her role, Judit connects with colleagues around the world while helping them access the support they need.   For Judit, what started as a career aspiration has become an opportunity to contribute to UNICEF's work in a very practical way, connecting her daily work to UNICEF's mission for children.   Welcome to UNICEF's GSSC, Judit!
