Meet the 2026 Emerging Tech Leaders We're delighted to see the 2026 Emerging Tech Leaders Programme now underway. Today marked the first on-site day at Lapp's Quay, Cork City, bringing together an excellent cohort of participants from eight different companies across the technology sector and beyond. The programme begins with The Role of the Tech Leader, setting the foundation for the leadership development journey ahead. We were delighted to visit the cohort today, with Annette Coburn representing Tech Industry Alliance Skillnet, alongside Ciara Kissane, Kevin Quigley and Miriam Cody from the IMI. For us at Tech Industry Alliance Skillnet, it's particularly rewarding to see the programme come to life and to bring together professionals from different organisations, with different experiences and perspectives, around a shared focus on developing stronger tech leadership. The programme is delivered by the Irish Management Institute in partnership with Tech Industry Alliance Skillnet, combining IMI's leadership expertise with our focus on developing capability within the technology sector. We'll be sharing more from the cohort over the coming months as the programme develops. This is just the beginning. #EmergingTechLeaders #TechLeadership #LeadershipDevelopment #FutureSkills #IrishManagementInstitute #SkillnetIreland #TechIndustry Subsidised by the European Social Fund Plus Ireland (ESF+). Check out this fantastic programme👇🏻
On Friday last, the launch of the ENTIRE EDIH Ireland 2.0 Programme highlighted the success of the first phase of this excellent initiative. Following on from Professional Training's delivery of the AI+ Programme for the EDIH through Tech Industry Alliance Skillnet it was a pleasure to attend the event with Annette Coburn and John Drury. It was also great to meet Donal G. from Skillnet Ireland and to hear from Carlota M. and the other EDIH speakers. A word of thanks to Laura Clifford and the team in Enterprise Ireland for confirming De Minimis eligibility for prospective course participants so quickly. Their responsiveness helped us put the training delivery in place seamlessly. We look forward to the opportunities that the ENTIRE EDIH Ireland 2.0 Programme will create for businesses and learners. #DigitalTransformation #ArtificialIntelligence #SkillsDevelopment
