Today I get two minutes at Nasdaq to explain something I’ve spent six years working on. No pressure 😅 I’m in New York for Digital Irish Tech Week with Locket AI Labs, and this is one of those moments I want to actually stop and appreciate before moving straight on to the next thing. The business started with a frustration from 20 years in marketing. Customers tell brands what’s happening in their lives every day. Yet so much of what they see next is still determined by a click, a purchase or a segment. We built Locket Intelligence to understand the situation behind those conversations and decide how a brand should respond. Sophei puts those decisions into practice, creating individual storefronts, landing pages and emails for every single customer. There’s a lot of work behind that explanation. Getting to bring it here, meet investors and potential customers, and put our ambition into words at Nasdaq is a big moment.
