How does xPay (YC W24) win against giants like Stripe and PayPal? I get asked this question at least 20 times in any week. You’d think it would be hard to differentiate when competing with some of the best in the business. But here’s where xPay wins: 1. We build for how your business actually works Specific solutions for specific problems. Sometimes you know exactly what you need. Other times, we help you figure out the best way to collect payments - and build what’s required, even if it falls outside our current product scope. Large payment platforms are built for standardisation and scale. You simply won’t get this level of customisation from them. 2. You get direct access to our team No ticket queues. No 24-hour email loops. No explaining the same issue to five different people. When something gets stuck, you speak with someone who understands your setup. Our response time is often under 10 minutes. That level of access is difficult to get from a company serving millions of businesses. 3. We work as an extension of your team We stay close, move quickly, and take ownership. If there’s a problem, we don’t point you towards documentation or tell you it’s outside the product’s scope. We work with you to solve it. The difference is customer love ♥️ If you’re selling across multiple countries and need help accepting, managing, and moving money globally, reach out to us at xPay (YC W24). We’re already helping some of the world’s largest enterprises do exactly that! #payments #business #global #tech #fintech #growthe

‼️ xPay (YC W24) is hiring for Head of Sales ‼️ We’re looking for someone who started as an engineer and moved into sales. THIS IS A HARD FILTER. You’ll build xPay’s sales function: define our long-term strategy, turn it into a repeatable execution engine, close critical customers, hire exceptional people, and shape the culture and operating rhythm of the team. We want someone with 12-15 years of experience who has already: → built a sales strategy → closed complex, high-stakes deals → hired and developed excellent people → created the systems behind a great sales team → operated as both a strategist and a hands-on executor A background in payments is a strong advantage. Clarity of thought is essential. Builder energy is non-negotiable. Why xPay (YC W24)? Payments is foundational infrastructure - but too much of it remains fragmented, and unnecessarily difficult. We're fixing that. For the right person, this will be intense, demanding, and deeply consequential. It could also be the most rewarding building experience of your career! If this sounds like the kind of challenge you’ve been waiting for, message me. And if someone exceptional comes to mind, please tag or introduce them. Last month, we did an AI hackathon at xPay (YC W24) and honestly, it was f-ing crazy! 🤯 It was a one-day thing, with a simple brief: Pick something that genuinely annoys you in your day-to-day work and try to build a solution for it. I got back to coding after what feels like forever. And within a couple of hours, I was completely hooked. I kept thinking, wait, AI can actually do this? But the coolest part was seeing everyone else get into it. Catherine built a hiring tool because the tools she already uses don’t quite work the way she wants them to. Siddhant an AI assistant for our internal dashboard to help with support queries. Janet built a vendor search agent. And Jino a bunch of agents inspired by the show Suits 😛 Shoutout to Sanjeev for driving the Hackathon and also winning it 🫣 People who had never really coded were suddenly sitting there, building things they had wanted for months. And the energy around the office was just insane. Everyone was showing each other what they had built, fixing things, adding features, trying something else. By the end of the day, the hackathon was technically over, but the team just couldn’t stop building. Everyone was having way too much fun. I haven’t felt that way about coding in years. And yes, we’re doing another one. The next xPay (YC W24) AI hackathon will be open to people outside xPay too. Stay tuned! 👀 #ai #startups #growth #tech #business #career

"How is xPay (YC W24) going to beat billion-dollar payment companies?" I get asked this in almost every interview. My answer is always the same. By building a product that's 10x better. And supporting our customers 10x better. This message from one of our merchants sums it up perfectly. "Never even logged in after setting it up." That's exactly what a delta 4 experience is! Massive shoutout to our incredible engineering team. They obsess over the smallest details, and messages like these are the result of hundreds of tiny decisions done right. ❤️ Rakshit Bansal Sanjeev Singla Siddhant Patil Sriram Ganesh #startups #growth #product #business #fintech #india

  • Meet Rishita Patodi — our new Associate, Sales & Marketing at xPay ⚡ Every startup needs more conversations with the right people and Rishita is here to help us create more of them 🚀 She’ll be building our outbound engine, finding new opportunities, and turning cold outreach into meaningful conversations. But what stands out? She’s not just about sending messages. She’s about understanding who to reach, what matters, and how to start the right conversations. Her operating principle? “Curiosity creates conversations.” Which basically means asking better questions, finding the right signals, and creating opportunities from scratch. Also… expect a few more “found something interesting, should we talk to them?” messages coming our way 😄 Excited to have you building with us, Rishita 🚀
