there’s no way i was going to log this without watching every last second. it took me five fucking days, but i did it. 

it’s still bonkers to me that tracy chapman was just twenty four here. in the beginning of her career and already sharing the spotlight with big name musicians. as if she wasn’t lucky enough to perform once, what started as a technical nightmare turned into a huge win because she then got to perform a second time!!! that double exposure must’ve felt like a blessing in disguise. not only did it skyrocket her name, but her talent too.

i also wish we could get back to this. what concert, as of late, has managed to bring in an audience of over seventy thousand and six hundred million viewers worldwide to bring awareness to the crimes that the government has committed against humanity.

Listen, if someone logs this without watching the whole thing that’s between them and God, I’m not gonna judge. I am, however, gonna annoyingly point out that I’m different and I did watch the whole 10 hours 🤗.
