Modela is an AI image generation app. This policy explains what information we process when you use Modela and why we process it.
Website notice added: October 18, 2026. With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure page views, example selections and App Store link clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies and process browser, device and approximate location information. We do not send your images, prompts or app purchase identifiers through website events. You can decline analytics and still use the website, or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the website footer. Declining stops future website analytics; it does not erase information already collected.

We may process prompts, refinement instructions, selected style IDs, aspect ratio, reference images or base images that you choose to provide, generated images, image metadata, generation status, app-scoped user IDs, purchase and subscription status, ART credit balances and transactions, device and app diagnostics, crash data, analytics events, notification permission status, advertising consent status, and support requests you submit.
Modela does not require a traditional account sign-in. The app may create an app-scoped identifier on your device so the service can authorize generation requests, manage subscriptions and ART credits, prevent abuse, and provide support.
We use information to provide image generation and refinement, run prompt and content safety checks, manage subscriptions and ART credits, save or display generated images, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, improve reliability, provide support, comply with platform and legal requirements, and measure app performance.
Prompts, reference images, and generated outputs may be processed by AI service providers to generate images, plan generation prompts, or check for unsafe content. Requests involving minors, explicit sexual content, non-consensual likenesses, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, or illegal content may be blocked.
Modela may use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and API delivery, Runware for image generation, Google Gemini for prompt planning, OpenAI for moderation, Langfuse for observability, Firebase for analytics, remote configuration, performance monitoring, crash reporting, and messaging, Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform for ads and consent, RevenueCat for purchase entitlement and ART credit management, Apple for App Store purchases and platform services, Google for platform and advertising services, and Google Forms for support requests.
Where required, Modela asks for tracking or advertising consent before using identifiers for personalized advertising. You can change tracking choices in iOS Settings and advertising choices through the consent options shown in the app when available.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including service operation, security, debugging, support, legal compliance, and abuse prevention. Images saved in your local app history remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Some purchase records are retained by Apple, RevenueCat, or other providers according to their own policies and legal obligations.
You can delete generated images from the app, disable notifications in system settings, change App Tracking Transparency choices in iOS Settings, manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, and request deletion of app-associated data through the account deletion page.
When you request a website generation, your text is sent to OpenAI and OpenRouter for input safety checks, and to Runware for image generation. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes network information to enforce request limits and prevent abuse. Do not submit personal information. We use a necessary signed browser cookie and keyed hashes of IP addresses (IPv6 network prefixes) to enforce trial limits; these are separate from optional analytics consent.
We retain trial allowance and budget records for this pilot. Result links in our records are accessible for up to 24 hours; save your image before then. AI providers may retain requests and outputs under their own policies. The website does not keep a separate image gallery or send your prompt or image to Google Analytics. Contact support for privacy requests.

Modela is not intended for children. Do not submit prompts, images, or requests involving minors in sexual, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe contexts.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use these providers to operate Modela globally.
