Tenochtitlan (Bahasa Nahuatl Klasik: [Tenōchtitlān] Error: {{Lang}}: text has italic markup (help) [tenoːtʃˈtitɬaːn]) (kadang kala dipasangkan dengan Mexico sebagai Mexico Tenochtitlan atau Tenochtitlan Mexico) adalah sebuah altepetl Nahua (negara-kota) yang terletak di sebuah pulau di Tasik Texcoco, di Lembah Mexico. Ditubuhkan pada tahun 1325, ia menjadi tempat pertumbuhan empayar Aztek pada kurun ke-15, sehingga penawanannya oleh Sepanyol pada 1521. Ia kemudian menjadi sebuah cabecera bagi Wizurailiti Sepanyol Baru, dan pada hari ini runtuhan Tenochtitlan terletak di tengah-tengah bahagian Mexico City.
Namanya berasal dari Nahuatl tetl = "batu" dan nochtli = "pir berduri" dan bermaksud "Di kalangan pir burduri [tumbuh di antara] batu".
Tenochtitlan merupakan satu daripada dua altepetl Mexico, sebuah lagi adalah Tlatelolco.
