Arcadis delivered a strong third quarter with growth accelerating to 4.3%, improved profitability and strong cash generation. Importantly, the pattern of growth reflects where we are choosing to focus: continued strength in Energy and Water, accelerating momentum in Industrial Manufacturing & Technology, and major transportation programs. At Capital Markets Day we set out a clear strategy to focus on our strengths, simplify around our clients and drive a stronger performance culture. The momentum we have been building throughout the year reflects the strategic priorities we have been putting in place and our focus on disciplined execution. We are moving with pace on the actions within our control, while continuing to invest for future growth. We reaffirm our 2026 guidance and remain focused on delivering sustainable growth, margin expansion and long-term shareholder value.

We are supporting 3M in the delivery of a multi-year remediation program addressing historical Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination in the area surrounding the 3M site in Zwijndrecht, Belgium. The project includes the remediation and restoration of residential, agricultural, natural, and recreational areas. The work forms part of the broader remediation efforts being undertaken by 3M in the Zwijndrecht region. For this project, Arcadis is bringing together specialists from multiple disciplines, including soil remediation, environmental management, infrastructure, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and project management. A Belgian team of approximately 25 experts is working closely with colleagues from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and the United States. Read more: https://lnkd.in/epjqGR-b

🚧 Major milestone for the transformation of the Brussels Ring Road With the selection of the R0Q consortium as preferred bidder for the redevelopment of the R0 in the Zaventem zone, one of Flanders' largest infrastructure projects has reached a crucial new phase. First of all, congratulations to Jan De Nul, BESIX, Stadsbader, Willemen and I4B on this important step. The appointment of the preferred bidder brings the implementation of this ambitious project significantly closer. For Arcadis, this is a particularly meaningful moment. Under the banner of MoVeR0, we were appointed together with Sweco in 2017 to support the transformation of the Northern Ring, from initial studies through to project completion. What began almost ten years ago as an ambitious vision for the future of the Brussels Ring Road is now one major step closer to becoming reality. Together with De Werkvennootschap and many other partners, our teams have worked over the years on traffic studies, technical designs, spatial planning procedures, permit applications, stakeholder management, and the complex procurement process required to achieve a broadly supported solution. On average, around 60 Arcadis colleagues have been involved in this effort. The impact will be significant: ✅ 115 hazardous locations will be improved ✅ 27 new connections for cyclists and pedestrians ✅ 35 ecological corridors will reconnect fragmented natural areas ✅ More space for public transport and sustainable mobility ✅ A safer, smoother and more livable environment for residents, visitors and businesses This milestone brings us one step closer to what has always been the ultimate goal: not only modernizing the Ring Road, but also enhancing mobility, livability and sustainability across the entire region. A sincere thank you to De Werkvennootschap, our partners and all stakeholders involved for their trust and collaboration throughout this remarkable journey. On to the next phase: contract close and the start of the major construction works! https://lnkd.in/eAz4yGn5 #Arcadis #ImprovingQualityOfLife #MoVeR0 #WerkenAanDeRing #R0 #Infrastructure #Mobility
#Arcadis #ImprovingQualityOfLife #MoVeR0 #WerkenAanDeRing #R0 #Infrastructure #Mobility #ClimateResilience

We're pleased to share that Arcadis is now a CRREM Foundation Accredited Service Provider, one of the first firms worldwide to achieve this recognition. What is CRREM? The Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (CRREM) tests whether a building is aligned with science-based decarbonisation pathways, and shows when it could fall behind. Our accreditation recognises the consistent, objective way we apply the methodology. Why does it matter? As markets move to a low-carbon economy, buildings that are not aligned face transition risk and potential loss of value. We help investors and lenders: ✅ Identify which assets are at risk, and when ✅ Understand how significant that risk could be ✅ Turn insight into action through phased retrofit solutions and CapEx plans that fit around lease events and asset strategy For us, a CRREM assessment is where the conversation starts, not where it ends. Our engineering, design and advisory teams combine accredited assessment with technical and commercial expertise, helping clients move from understanding transition risk to acting on it, at asset and portfolio level. A proud milestone for our team! 🔗 Find out more: https://arcad.is/Duz49e #CRREM #RealEstate #Decarbonisation #NetZero #Sustainability #Arcadis

Proud to have sponsored BusinessLDN’s Labour Party Conference reception, bringing together leaders from across business and the public sector to discuss how devolution, collaboration and delivery can unlock good growth for London and the UK. As Peter Hogg noted, harnessing the imagination in the room will be key to turning ambition into action.
We kicked off our Labour Party Conference programme by bringing together more than 100 members, policymakers and public sector leaders for our annual reception yesterday, kindly sponsored by Arcadis. It was great to hear from all of our speakers: Stephen Cowan 🇬🇧🇺🇦, Leader of Hammersmith & Fulham Council and Chair of London Councils, on why there's “a sense of optimism in the air” as the Government moves to give regions greater powers to determine their own destinies. Our Chief Executive John Dickie on what the Prime Minister's devolution revolution could mean for the capital in practice, and the importance of combining fiscal devolution with steps to accelerate delivery of major projects and housing. John also highlighted the need to maintain momentum behind the DLR extension to Thamesmead and the expansion of Heathrow, which is critical for boosting growth nationally. Jacqueline Chambers, Director of External Affairs at London Heritage Quarter, on recommendations from London HQ, BusinessLDN and the Central District Alliance's upcoming devolution report, which will set out the steps needed to ensure proposals unlock the capital's full potential as an economic powerhouse for the whole UK. Peter Hogg, UK & Ireland Country Director at Arcadis, on how harnessing the imagination in the room will be key to unlocking good growth across London and the UK. And Howard Dawber OBE, Deputy Mayor for Business and Growth, on why London is the best city in world history, and why it's vital that more is done to ensure the proceeds of growth are spread evenly across the capital. A perspective worth sharing from Ed Macdonald. Across the Energy and Resources sector, organizations are being asked to make increasingly complex asset decisions while balancing cost, risk, performance, and long-term value. In this video, Ed discusses how connected data across the asset lifecycle can help organizations in the oil and gas, mining, and power sectors move from reacting to risks to anticipating them, enabling smarter planning and more informed investment decisions. 🎥 Watch below and explore his article on Smarter Capital Planning for a deeper dive. https://lnkd.in/eS2bh_6b #AssetManagement #AssetLifecycle #CapitalPlanning #EnergyAndResources
When you’re responsible for thousands of assets in the energy and resources sector, there are only so many decisions instinct and experience can carry on their own. For me, the value is in giving teams a better view of the decisions ahead before risks become harder to manage. Connecting existing data early in the asset lifecycle makes it easier to understand what needs attention, where to prioritize investment, and how decisions may play out over time. 🎥 Watch the video to learn more. 📖 For a deeper look, read my full article: https://lnkd.in/gzx2BP8M # AssetStrategy #AssetManagement #AssetLifecycle #CapitalPlanning
