Dawit has advised various clients on complex real estate transactions, tenancy law matters and (turn-key) development projects. His experience spans logistics, hotels, residential, office and retail properties, as well as multi-tenant buildings. Alongside his transactional and advisory work, Dawit represents clients in lease disputes. Her expertise spans spatial planning, land use, nature and species protection, environmental regulation and compliance, and other regulatory matters.
