Il y a soixante ans aujourd’hui, Chanie Wenjack est décédé, une semaine après s’être échappé du pensionnat indien où il résidait. Sa mort a donné lieu à la première enquête sur le traitement que subissaient les enfants autochtones dans les pensionnats.
