Personal News Post: After 4 years as a legislative reporter, psyched to say I’m moving into an enterprise reporting role at The Denver Post. I’ll still be covering immigration & politics, among other issues, & I’m excited & grateful to contribute to this newsroom in a new way.

Today a letter with a suspicious substance was delivered to our office in Boulder, similar to the pattern of lawmaker offices being targeted across the country. Grateful to the US Postal Service & FBI for their assistance. Attempts to intimidate my team and I will not succeed.

Marx has made accountability a big part of his campaign, but there hasn’t been a lot of it from *within* his campaign. His repeat campaign finance issues are dismissed as political hit jobs or “nothingburgers,” & he’s still not answering basic questions about this merch scheme.

NEW: GOP Gov nominee Victor Marx's campaign has re-filed financial disclosures to remove Marx's name from a mystery out-of-state company profiting from his merchandise sales. But the new disclosures don't provide the legally-required info on who owns the LLC.

Notable list of Republicans out today endorsing Weiser, including former state GOP chair Ken Buck. The even more eye-popping endorsement came yesterday, when the Fraternal Order of Police came out in favor of Weiser.
