3,000 days at sea! This cool video shows C-Star missions from February 2024 to October 2026. It's great to see how far we have come but wouldn't be possible without the amazing team behind it and all our brilliant partners. There's plenty more where that came from. Next stop: 10,000 days and even more oceans to explore!
All time new favourite graphic of C-Star missions over time! I'm in San Diego on Tues & Wed this week as we wrap up a project to deliver capabilities using an 8 C-Star constellation in a trilateral AUKUS environment for Maritime Big Play Capstone. Then back to Gulfport Thursday & Friday for meetings with our CRADA partners at CNMOC and the wider Gulf Blue team. Back to our graphic, missions we can discuss below... -90%+ of the missions you see between the UK and Greenland are under this program to better measure, model and understand climate tipping points. - All the missions visible in the Caribbean and most in the Gulf are from our hurricane data which led to C-Stars collecting data in hurricane Isaias last year with 51ft waves. - Interestingly, exercises such as REPMUS show up as pretty small - even if they're a 6 C-Star, 8 C-Star constellation, being at sea for only a few weeks makes it just a small blip. 📣 Reach out if you'd like to meet while I'm on my travels in the US - always great to meet new people in our industry.
