💬 “Arrepentirse no cambia nada. Reflexiono”.

We’re proud to share that The Stream was Highly Commended in the Best Use of Technology & Innovation category at last week’s TIARA Awards 2026. This recognition celebrates the expertise and collaboration behind a solution designed to work seamlessly with our client's existing technology. The Stream connects fragmented recruitment processes into one intelligent, governed workflow – reducing manual administration, improving visibility and giving teams more time to focus on candidates and hiring managers. Innovation doesn’t always mean introducing something new. Sometimes, it’s about unlocking the potential of what’s already there. A huge congratulations to our colleagues and client teams whose ingenuity and commitment brought The Stream to life and continue to drive its success. Thank you to the TIARA judges for this recognition, and congratulations to all of this year’s winners. #TIARAAwards #RecruitmentInnovation #TalentSolutions

  • For Charity Day this year, our China teams in Shanghai and Suzhou traded our desks for the streets. In colour-coded groups, we walked two of the cities' most scenic routes — from the Postal Museum to the Bund in Shanghai, and along the Jinji Lake promenade in Suzhou. The walk did more than stretch legs. Every step was converted into energy for a shared goal: co-planting elm trees together in Alipay Ant Forest, with the seedlings set to take root in Linxia, supported by the Beijing Entrepreneur Environmental Protection Foundation. To us, giving back is less about one grand gesture and more about the habits we build together — showing up, walking our cities, and turning everyday effort into something with a longer life than the event itself. A small thank-you to every colleague who showed up and walked with us. See you at next year's Charity Day. #RobertWaltersChina #CharityDay #GivingBack #Sustainability #ColourWalk
