It's a brand new Pokémon -- Hou Hou Hoo-ah!
Beware the strange and mystical turkeys that only come out at night. Due to make his appearance in Pokemon Gold / Silver, Hou Hou is a nocturnal owl who can only be found in the game when the day changes to night. Not only does Hou Hou have a Batman identity crisis, but he's also afraid of his left foot -- so much so that he will only be found balancing on his other leg. Why he does that, we don't know, but maybe it will help to know that his evolved form, #164, is named Yorunozuku. Yep, maybe that will help.
NOTE: The name of this Pokémon will likely change when the Silver and Gold Pokémon Game Boy Color games are translated and brought over. Names of Pokémons are plays on words (both in Japan and the US), so expect the names to be witty and charismatic translations of the Japanese names.
