Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock will be officially divorced in the amount of months they were married
Former "Baywatch" actress Pamela Anderson and singer Kid Rock will both be officially single again as of May 28, according to court papers obtained by Access Hollywood. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marjorie S. Steinberg signed a divorce judgment yesterday that also allows Anderson and Kid Rock to each maintain a 50 percent share in a limited liability company they jointly own, but which will be eventually dissolved. Both filed divorce petitions on Nov.27, citing irreconcilable differences as their reasons for seeking a divorce. The 35-year-old singer is identified in both petitions under his real name, Robert Ritchie. The couple married Aug. 3 and separated Nov. 26. They have no minor children.

Jennifer Hudson has won Golden Globe and SAG awards – and is up for an Oscar – for her role in Dreamgirls – despite what she describes as an abusive experience on American Idol. "On American Idol, you go through this mental thing; you’ve got to get yourself back together. You’ve been abused, misled and brainwashed to believe whatever they want you to think," Hudson, 25, tells the new issue of Essence. "You become a character – I became the girl in the turkey wrapping." (On one episode, she wore an unflattering outfit that earned that label.) "I just knew I had to sing my way out of it. I don’t believe in looking back, and I didn’t look back." Hudson also dismisses rumors that there was tension on the Dreamgirls set between herself and costar Beyoncé Knowles. "We clicked from day one," she says. She says she, Knowles and their fellow Dreamgirl Anika Noni Rose bonded over the fact that they’re all Virgos, and all have a mole in the same spot on the left side of their necks. "It’s amazing to me that God took three different women from three different walks of life and created the Dreamgirls," Hudson says. "We were meant to be together. When you look at us, you see it’s all connected. I’m loving Beyoncé."
CLAY AIKEN made an appearance on "Good Morning America" Thursday to promote UNICEF’s public awareness campaign for Child Survival 2007, and the "American Idol" runner-up also revealed which former contestant gets his vote! "I’m jealous," Clay lightheartedly replied when asked about JENNIFER HUDSON. "There was a point I was considered the most successful ‘Idol’ loser, but now I’m not anymore. I saw the movie [’Dreamgirls’] and she deserves the Academy Award," he added. "Now I’m going to be in second place again." The singing sensation wants to use his fame to help others, and is a dedicated advocate for children’s causes, such as UNICEF’s mission to provide health, education, equality and protection for children across the globe. "We want to get people involved," Clay said of his role with the organization.
A rubber penis and fake severed head have been stolen from the set of new horror film ‘Hannibal Rising’. The movie’s director Peter Webber revealed the theft and is convinced the guilty party is planning on selling them. He said: "There’s a character called Dortlich whose head is severed during the course of the movie. It was stolen by someone. There’s also a scene with a body that Hannibal Lecter is working on. It’s a full-size replica human body, including the genitals. Somebody took the genitals - they had to cut them off. So someone somewhere has got a large rubber penis and a rubber head." Webber is going to check internet auction site eBay to see if they turn up.
JEREMY Piven likes to joke about why he’s 41 and single. "I’d love to have a girlfriend - if I weren’t gay," he tells Playboy’s March issue. "That’s right, I’m gay! I’m gayer than Liberace in 1972." As to why he’s seen as a round-the-clock party boy, Piven adds, "At the moment, I happen to be the mother[bleep]ing pretty girl . . . The pretty girl who goes to the hot spot sure does look like she goes out all the time, right?"
Harrison Ford has threatened to quit the new Indiana Jones movie, unless he gets to use a real whip. The 64-year-old actor, who plays the daredevil archaeologist, was told the weapon would have to be computer generated because of new film safety rules. Harrison branded the rule "ridiculous" and said he would pull out of the film if he couldn’t wield his whip. A source said: "The idea was to take away the risk element the whip carries. "Safety laws have changed since the last film and movie makers have to be much more careful. Now they use computer graphics for any dangerous stuff."
THIS explains why style maven Tim Gunn has not yet signed on for the new season of "Project Runway" - he’s been lining up a new job. Expect an announcement today from Liz Claiborne Inc. that Gunn, 53, is joining the firm as chief creative officer, The Post’s Adam Buckman has learned. That means Gunn is leaving Parsons The New School for Design, where he’s been chairman of the fashion design department since 2000 (and with Parsons for 23 years). Sources said his new job, set to start in March, will not prevent him from participating in "Runway" season No. 4.

"Big Brother" will be back for another round of real-people melodrama. CBS has greenlit production on an eighth season of the hit summer sudser, which has become a fixture on the net’s warm-weather sked. After pausing last year for an "all-star" edition featuring past contestants, skein will return to its normal "real" people format this year. Julie Chen is on board to once again host "Big Brother," which first debuted in 2000, weeks after "Survivor" launched. Allison Grodner Prods. will produce, in association with Endemol USA.
