TMZ is reporting Prison Break actor Lane Garrison snorted a bunch of lines of blow before he crashed his SUV and killed a 17-year old. Garrison reportedly went upstairs at a rich-kid Beverly Hills party and took down the drug. Than he walked downstairs, sank about seven shots of Grey Goose, than took two 15-year old girls and 17-year old Vahagn Setian on a joy ride. According to TMZ:
According to our sources, Garrison looked “very high” and his “eyes were glazed” at the the party, which was attended mostly by teenagers.
The joy ride ended up in a ditch with one dead and two injured. Garrison escaped unharmed — except for a possible ten year sentence. Hope he learned something from his show! Hey at least he wasn’t shooting speedballs Pete Doherty style.

Miss USA Tara Conner is diving into the dirty details of why she was forced into rehab and why she almost lost her crown. The pageant queen tells Today show host Matt Lauer she was addicted to pills and illegal drugs:
“I have done cocaine, yeah. I’ve tried several different things. But, you know, it’s always the same effect. The more that I get it off my chest, the better I feel about myself. It’s not healthy for my recovery to sit here and hold things back.”
According to TMZ.com, since news broke of her hard partying ways, eye witness accounts of Miss USA doing drugs and getting crazy have snowballed.

Babyshambles rocker Pete Doherty has been caught on film telling his girlfriend Kate Moss “he’s fine” over the phone, while simultaneously shooting up cocaine with three girls in a run down Thai hostel. The video shows Pete sitting on a bed with a buffet of drugs and money around him. The rocker, who’s currently on probation for drug use, asks Kate: “Whats the matter? I love you,” as he’s holding the phone on with his shoulder and shooting up.
The video was taken only two days after Kate and Pete were rumored to have gotten married. According to The Sun, a bored Petey snuck away from the exclusive resort to go hang at a local hostel:
He was recognized by Australian fan Jess Lea, 21, as he jumped off a motorbike taxi and dashed into a chemist’s to buy needles and syringes. Starstruck Jess, a backpacking student, invited him to her room to party with her and two female friends. She asked Doherty if rumours he had married Kate were true. He replied: “No, I love her but I wouldn’t marry her if she was the last woman on Earth. She’s too paranoid.

Courtney Cox and David Arquette are selling their $33.5 million Malibu mansion. The home sits on 80ft. of beach front property, has four bedrooms, five baths and was designed by world famous architect John Lautner. US Weekly says the Dirt actress bought the home because of an affection for the design:
“Courteney bought the house for its unique architectural design, she studied architecture at Washington DC’s Mount Vernon College.”

Paris Hilton has filed a lawsuit against the company that owns ParisExposed.com. The lawsuit is based on the grounds that Paris faces danger from the site’s operation. According to the suit:
“I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters’ private personal belongings for commercial gain.” The information can be used “to steal my identity, or even worse, to harass or stalk me”.
As we reported last week, we believed Paris made a financial deal for the contents of the site. The information given to us by a trusted source turns out to be three copyright registrations filed for some of the contents on Paris Exposed. The copyrights are for three articles of writing Paris wrote. We mistakenly thought Paris owned the materials she filed the copyrights for. Rather, it appears she is using the copyrights as a legal tool.

The Paris Exposed website featuring her storage shed videos, pictures and diaries has mysteriously disappeared from the internet today. Hmmm. Why would a website sell monthly subscriptions than suddenly close shop? Could it be — as a source told THE RAD REPORT last week — Paris Hilton and Joe Francis made a deal for the site? Most likely yes. We highly doubt it is the threat of a lawsuit, as some are claiming. Anyways, as the drama unfolds, stay tuned.

“Age catches up with everyone — even Kate. At 33 she’s getting on in terms of modeling. And she recently moaned about her face, saying she needed Botox.”

Before someone told us this is true, THE RAD REPORT was suspicious for these reasons:
